Not Guilty Pleasure, a division of Dessert Extravagance, brings gluten free/sugar free/vegetarian baked goods to a market concerned with healthful living without sacrificing taste, appearance and decadence of traditional baked goods. When baking our sugar free desserts we use Allulose as a sweetener. Allulose is a rare natural sugar occurring in dates and fruits.  It has no after taste, tastes and performs much like cane sugar but has zero calories and won't raise the glycemic index.  We also use grapeseed oil in all of our sugar free/gluten free/vegetarian products
