When baking our sugar free desserts we use Allulose as a sweetener. Allulose is a rare natural sugar occurring in dates and fruits.  It has no after taste, tastes and performs much like cane sugar but has zero calories, lowers blood sugar and stimulates the GLP-1. Our gluten free desserts contain no soy or almond flour and all of our desserts use oil that does not cause inflammation.
